Die waren oft über ein Jahr auf harten Opiaten und wurden dann nach der Amputation langsam runtergefahren, und dann irgendwann komplett auf Placebo umgestellt. Die gibt’s in allen Größen, Farben und Formen, aber überall steht halt groß Placebo drauf.

Das kann man also entsprechend nur verabreichen, wenn der Empfänger die Packung nicht sieht. Im Krankenhaus kein Problem, wo jeder morgens einen Becher mit ein paar Pillen kriegt; aber das jemandem zum selbst einnehmen verschreiben ist nicht drin.

If the device is wired to the LAN, the admin logon authenticates the user with the domain server, and thus decrypts the files using the credentials that are stored server-side.

If the drive would be fully encrypted, you’d have to enter a password each time you boot the machine. That can be done, but is really not all that practical, especially not when working with a domain server / remote admin.

For a private computer, you can have a look at Veracrypt (FOSS) if you want to have a fully encrypted drive.

Yeah, there are USB sticks that identify as keyboards and run every keystroke saved in a text file on its memory in sequence. Neat stuff. The primary use case is of course corrupting systems or bruteforcing passwords without touching anything… But they work really well for executing scripts semi-automated.
