Yes Europe has failed too, that’s why I write the WEST has failed. It’s also Europe that claims to help Ukraine, not USA.
So I kind of point to Europe twice, but USA is still failing to support Ukraine and Europe for 7 months now.
There are some countries that really do a lot, but as a whole we are failing Ukraine.
