The most toxic communities I know of are the Genshin community, Payday 2, FFXIV and source games communities in general.

In almost four years playing, I think I saw a slur exactly once, reported it, and it was blocked? I get it’s not perfect, but FFXIV has been pretty good so far in my experience.
