On Lemmy? British and French elections were also pretty prominent. They just don’t campaign forever and a day.

how many countries have bases all around the world, meddle with the business of a good chunk is not most countries of the world, has a tendency to start wars and organize coups for fun, aggressively export their culture, and have an economy that has a massive impact on the world’s economy?

if you think US politics don’t affect you, you’re wrong.

This community is literally one about the thing you’re complaining about.

How about you just block the community instead of coming somewhere you weren’t asked to be and complaining about something nobody fucking cares about.

Because I already blocked like 20+ communities. But new ones keep popping up. With the same message: “Dems > Reps”.

You’re… on a North American instance. I can easily find election info for Australia, Germany, UK, etc by going to instances that pertain to/from there.
