Redownload the telegram app. But from the telegram website, not play store. It usually solves some issues of banned channels, especially if you’re in one of the EU countries.

Use a VPN too.
Number 1 might be enough to re-access that telegram channel, hopefully. I hope that works

EU bans affect due to your associated phone number. I use the app from website and Al qassam, Russia today, and some other Palestinian militia channels are blocked.
