You can only post in the dunk tank if the subject of the post is a mega celebrity. Basically if Taylor Swift or Tom Cruise have a bad take you can post it there. Otherwise it’s gotta be the dredge tank unfortunately fortunately.

honestly, it’s better to only just post in dredge tank because rule 8 is arbitrary. if the mods for some reason don’t think Tom Cruise is famous enough, they will remove the post. your Tom Cruise post won’t get removed from dredge tank.
