Guide for small grow on a budget?

Hey y’all, been thinking about growing some mushies for awhile. I would like to know what your best setups would be on a budget around $200-$300 or less? Looking to grow once or twice from a small tub or jar. Not looking for pre made setups, looking to learn how to DIY entirely.

Broke boy Tek, into cvg. Use a steam canner Amazon or hardware store has em pretty cheap compared to a pressure cooker.
