They are a lemmy instance dedicated to the facilitation of piracy, and copyright infringement in general which is illegal. It is by nature in violation of the rules of your instance which prohibit illegal content, therefore it is imperative that you defederate it in accordance with your policies.
Did I miss something? Did this already happen? I can’t seem to access the piracy community from lemmy.world, I’m getting a “couldnt_find_community” error
They deleted it, but there are many more like it on that instance that they didn’t delete, I say defederate the whole thing because they’re probably going to just make more like it. Deleting them is just going to be a cat and mouse game and more and more will slip though the cracks.
