They make clear Styrofoam containers now?

Always has been. “Styrofoam” is actually polystyrene (#6, PS plastic) in foam form. It’s also turned into solid objects and is transparent. Typical examples include plastic utensils, CD case covers, and some food containers. If it’s transparent, flimsy, and cracks really easily, it’s probably polystyrene.
