You post something in a smaller community and then don’t want to have discussions or fun times?

I’m sorry if I got your intentions wrong, but this just looks like you’re being an asshole for absolutely no reason.

Asshole? Maybe… No reason… Well even in reddit, the First Thing people always askin is “where did you got the stl” and i am being honestly sick of people askin where to find the stl when everybody knows sites like thangs, printables and at least THINGIVERSE! And Yeah you find the exact Same Model on all those sites when you type in “Klein Bottle” some of them in the picture.

Nope, i obviously have a reason and i am allowed to be sick of people who dont even try to type three words.

Maybe there is a nicer way to teach people that. And yeah maybe i need to learn that (in a harsh way) too. But if somebody is capable of using something like a 3D printer (which is kinda hard imho), i expect them to Know at least how to search.

Perhaps but if you are doing a show and tell, why not do the full tell?

I can remember when Google didn’t exist and Altavista was the cool kid, or when the www didn’t exist and gopher and WAIS were the tools of choice. … and I can go much further back.

My real point is: If you are going to show a bit of ankle, and it is yours, make sure that everyone realises it is your ankle. If it isn’t your ankle, then tell us whose it is. It’s not fair asking people to search for pictures of ankles and then try to guess which one you have posted about.

Also, there are lots of KB stls out there. OP printed this one, and thought it was good enough to share (and I agree). So, it’s useful to know which particular one they used. And, if it’s not their stl, then linking is a way of giving credit to the stl author too. One more point: any issues or adjustments they made, for that particular stl, are useful to know (like they posted below, finally).

I see the OP did update with the stl below. But I wanted to post here to say it’s just good manners to add a reference for the specific stl of a print that was good enough to share.
