I’m very much OOTL in this topic, are all or these terms real, or is anon intentionally going over the top, inventing fictional terms to parodize incels/PUAs?

E.g. I of course need no explanation on Rolexmog, but no idea about canthalmog or Gorilla Mind.

It’s all “real”, but I’m not sure anybody would ever say it. Canthal tilt is something about your eyes, Gorilla Mind is a supplement of some sort.
