My Spanish and especially my French are like 1000% better if I have had a little alcohol to drink. It’s not an awesome tool and I don’t use it anymore, but it definitely helps build confidence that I kept after drinking.

Unless I’m involuntarily grabbing for armrests, I prefer to sit with my arms folded during extreme turbulence in order to teach gods who’s boss (It is I. I am boss.).

This is wildly inaccurate because they do not support the US invasion of Granada which somehow is a thing that happened.

Not even close to this, but a couple summers ago it was like 98° F/37° C here and not dry. The humid sky was a light blue and I was a dumb pedestrian like a mile from a train station. Almost dizzy, and stumbling toward a crosswalk, I had to stop directly behind a running tour bus whose exhaust was somehow even hotter. I don’t think I stopped sweating until October. The exhaust was just hot moving fast. It was no help at all and didn’t feel any drier than the outside. Anywho, godspeed.
