Where are you getting sriracha these days? They haven’t been able to produce any product for such a long time now that some restaurants which typically have sriracha sauces don’t even have them anymore.

I purchased two 28 Oz Jan 2nd from Amazon for $18. I do see that it looks now can’t even buy it

Target near me just started selling a Roland brand Sriracha. It’s not as sweet or “peppery” as the green cap huy fong sauce and has more of a vinegary garlic taste, but otherwise it’s pretty close.

Ah, gotcha. I haven’t tried any of the knockoffs yet. I still have one of the huge bottles, fortunately for me. To be honest, I have heard nothing but bad things about the knockoffs.
