I am also right handed and have never even considered putting the phone in my right pocket lol! I’ve been carrying my keys in my right pocket since I was old enough to have keys so I don’t see that changing any time soon!

I keep my keys, wallet, change, pen, and anything else in my left pocket. Right pocket is exclusively for phone.
