The screenshot as a screenshot is not a meme. However, the screenshot of the meme as a unit of cultural transmission is, indeed, a meme. Hahaha

I did miss that one particular post but I have seen various posts about what is and isn’t a meme. Kinda funny that I referenced another Simpsons character by sheer coincidence however.
