You can’t peacefully pull yourself out of oppression, because oppression is inherently violent.
Probably not murder as many civilians as possible, in a way that’s obviously bound to provoke even more violence from the overwhelming force you’re up against.
Osama bin Laden killed several thousand Americans for exactly that purpose - but that’s the thing, having America burn a trillion dollars on an unwinnable was was his goal. In some sense he got everything he wanted, plus a bullet to the skull. The situation in the West Bank does not seem to be doing any favors for Hamas or Palestine.

I imagine it’s hard NOT to be violent when your food and water are controlled by people who believe you to be sub-human animals.
Also, Israel has dropped many bombs on many Palestinians, including children.

We regularly point out that the British and other governments have condemned Hamas as a terrorist organisation, but that’s their business.

No-one can possibly defend the murder of civilians, especially children and even babies - nor attacks on innocent, peace-loving people who are attending a music festival.
There was huge pressure from the government of Margaret Thatcher on the BBC, and on individual reporters like me about this - especially after the Brighton bombing, where she just escaped death and so many other innocent people were killed and injured.
