Looks like since about an hour ago, lemmy.world has been serving read ECONNRESET
responses at a high frequency. Not sure if this is a real issue, but I’m not seeing anything on other instances I’m tracking.
edit: I changed the check frequency and that seems to have “resolved” the errors on my end. Probably a better indication of actual uptime than before, but maybe not as representative of the end-user browsing experience.
Randomly been getting a few error messages but everything has been normal
I think it could be a load issue (heavy load on the server) so I’m adjusting the check to every 5 minutes to see if that changes the error rate.
I’m getting errors too. My guess is something related to the morning auto scaling
Site died completely with a large “Error” message for about 5mins just now. Only just come back up.
I had to visit KBin and sh.itjust.works. I think that’s what will make the Fediverse survive. No matter if a site dies for a bit there will always be a way to keeo feeding the need for memes.
Lemmy.world is also returning a lot of 401s(?) making desktop, but mostly mobile apps, think that users aren’t signed in.
New and federated platform, it is reasonable that it will have downtime and problems
