Yours looks better! How’d you brown it so well?

A mix of a table spoon of mild pepper (red), table spoon salt and a tiny bit of sugar darkens it a lot and makes it super crispy too!

How’d you bake it?

The Mix: 2 TS Sunflower Oil 1 TS red Pepper (mild) 1 TS Salt A bit of sugar

Dry the chicken with paper towels and brush the mix on the chicken. Oven, 190-200°C, in a pan or similar. Heat from the top for around 45-50 minutes. Depends on size and how dark you want it. If you keep the chicken in the oven too long it gets dry, you don’t want that of corse.

Marinated overnight, and in the oven for about 90 minutes.

Maybe because it’s marinated in soy instead of a salt rub.
