Since doing this diet thing, I’ve totally fallen in love with blueberries. They have almost zero kj, taste amazing and right now you can get a week’s supply for $5 (two punnets).

My lunch is basically 15 blueberries, 4 strawberries and a banana. Most of the kilojoules of that come from the banana.
