Yeah, I know. You either study or play, I agree. For this reason I’d like to find a game that I can check twice every hour, that just keeps going in the meantime.
This is because I hate studying, I’m very bad at it and I don’t really get a feeling of progession and accomplishment while doing so. I’d like to trick my brain into getting those feelings, even if it’s for the wrong reason (it should work).
About the game, I’d like for it to be a game I can actually play from time to time, which is why I don’t think autoclickers will do the trick for me (but I’m open to try). I was thinking about Minecraft prison servers, where you had to grind to get materials and then sell them, or some kind of sandbox RPG where I can autofarm endlessly.

Factorio would be perfect to let it play itself after you are far enough into the game. Play on peaceful mode so that you don’t have the enemies destroying your buildings
Try out some incremental games! Some good popular games in the genre are Cookie Clicker, Realm Grinder, Antimatter Dimensions (and its mods), and there’s a whole world of little niche incremental games out there waiting to be discovered.
I would check out r/incremental_games for games like that. We’re starting a community for it here on lenny !incrementalgames@lemmy.ml.
I’d love to join that community but tapping the link on my phone just takes me to the lemmy.ml homepage.
on vlemmy.net, put https://lemmy.ml/c/incrementalgames in the search bar (i usually have to click the next button for it to show up) then you can subscribe.
I love that we got to a point where there’s a community for everything one could think of and more! I’m joining now, mind if I repost (idk if there is a crosspost feature yet) there?
Give Hitman WOA a try
Thank you for your suggestion, but isn’t it the hitman trilogy? How is it going to autoplay?
