100% I hate the fact that we’re funneling money I’m anti-war but the alternative is definitely much worse. If we don’t support Ukraine, Russia gains power and a free pass to invade whoever the hell they want. If we don’t support Israel we leave a power vacuum and The power influence of the US gets replaced by either Russia or China. No good options anyehere.
Obviously, supporting Israel is also supporting genocide. It’s a classic catch-22.
I’m so glad I’m not the president! He gets to choose between eating a shit sandwich, and eating shit gumbo.
At least Ukraine has a pretty righteous cause. So there’s that…
You don’t have to say you’re anti-war before saying you support supplying Ukraine. Giving Ukraine the means to defend themselves from warmongering is a form of being anti-war.

Because the only one who wins in a war is the military industrial complex, and they have fantastic lobbyists!
If someone invaded your country and started murdering people you’d want to win the war.
What I’m saying is even the victors suffer the loss of many deaths thus the only winners are the military industrial complex supplying the arms and becoming enriched. Does that make more sense?

It makes me sad that they’re having to conscript the youth of Ukraine. What if it was my kid? What if it was me?
