So if I ended up with cancer we caused by weedkillers, then there is a problem, but that’s a highly unlikely situation. And at that point, you can’t really sue the cig companies, not because of law, but the fact that cigs cause cancer is such general knowledge, that it really comes down to personal choice and stupidity to do so… man I miss cigs 😪.

Not sure why you are being down-voted. It doesn’t have to be bribes that causes a person to vote some way. Just bringing a shitload of jobs to an area would cause a politician to vote a certain way. Because jobs makes voters happy, and happy voters would vote for that person again, so they stay in power.

Saint Louis has been held back as a city for decades because StL city is in StL county and is prone to the state legislature’s fuckery. Like when StL raised the minimum wage for the city. State blocked it because…they could.
