Hey y’all, been thinking about growing some mushies for awhile. I would like to know what your best setups would be on a budget around $200-$300 or less? Looking to grow once or twice from a small tub or jar. Not looking for pre made setups, looking to learn how to DIY entirely.
Look up uncle Ben’s tek
When I get mold I will toss em the back yard. For some reason the open environment and sun helps. Still get fruits this way sometimes.
I’d recommend trying any methods that don’t require a pressure cooker. Your best bet is uncle ben’s or broke boy tek.
PF tek with shotgun fruiting chamber seems reasonable both price and yield wise.
Gonna second PF Tek it’s perfect for your usages. While Uncle Ben’s was something that worked for me it failed too often for me to really suggest it to someone who’s only going to be doing this every now and then. Glad people love it, but if you’re using spore syringes PF Tek is the way to go
