Capcom has announced that it is ending Exoprimal’s seasonal updates as Season 4 comes to a close. However, online servers will remain functional and previous seasons will be rotating through the game monthly.

This isn’t the same thing as ending support, but okay.

Overwatch turning into overwatch 2 was the final straw for me.

I’m done with all online gaming unless you can host your own server or online is optional like in terraria.

Really sorry to see this one die out. The game brought some really cool new things to live service gaming. The way the story unfolds, unlocking more modes, enemies, etc. as you progress is super neat. It’s a different game at max level, but something tells me most folks didn’t make it that far.

I played through the entire story, just because of the games theme song. Casey Edwards was really cooking.

If only Capcom had focused on a RE2 style remake for another beloved and forgotten IP that had “Dinos” in it, this “crisis” could have been avoided.
