Wow, striking. I don’t know much about art but it couldn’t have been easy to get the mirror angles and reflections right even with a model. Really interesting piece of work.

I kinda doubt it’s all natural no model.
I suspect a photo was taken and then traditional art techniques were used to paint it

You never know, but art from photos often lacks depth to me. This feels like someone really observed the model’s / situation’s form.
