I am (not) speaking

The Democrats abandoned their base today. Harris did not intend to turn out for the party at her own College. Key members began to leave before the final numbers were called. No speech. No words of comfort or support for the 50-ish percent of voters that tried to push back against fascism.

It really feels like Harris was only speaking for the people as long as she was winning, and when the tide turned she fucked off. It supports the narrative of ‘vote for me or else’.

This does not build trust in the party, and if the world ever sees another US presidential election, I hope people remember how they have been treated.

This is exactly what I’ve been saying. Both parties are complete dogshit, but some of the democrats on this platform are too blinded by their hatred for Trump to see it. Harris was just the lesser evil, but under no circumstances was America ever going to push past its problems

Picking Harris was always a bad idea. Hopely, they pick someone better next time.

Or they recognize that a lot of their neighbors are both misogynist and racist. Democrats should have run a primary.

Wtf

No she wasn’t

If you ask anyone internationally, she was an absolutely awesome choice

She’s actually really clever. She’s a good choice for the role.

Trump won by lying constantly. America is fucked because the only thing he’ll deliver on is being a dictator day 1

Trump literally won because of shitty social media networks and Murdoch media

Foreigners don’t understand American politics. Besides who cares what foreigners think when you are voting for a President? They just want someone that’s going to be easy for them to work with they aren’t thinking about what’s best for America.

She’s actually really clever. She’s a good choice for the role.

She wasn’t democratically selected, she was appointed so any talk about Trump being a “threat” to democracy is pretty funny. Also she lost.

Trump won by lying constantly and Murdoch Media blah blah blah

Trump won because the majority of the country is pissed off about expensive groceries and an open border.

America is fucked because the only thing he’ll deliver on is being a dictator day 1

Exactly what is he going to do that will make him a dictator day 1?

I guess people who live internationally are unaware but, there’s a lot of racism and misogyny in the U.S. The democrats should have run a primary and Biden should never have been in the race.

I think there is a disturbing charm that trump brings to some Americans. Almost like a “hes a no nonsense” or a “common sense” kind of guy but i think thats mostly because he can blow out tons of lies and misinformation with lots of confidence and some old fashioned American charisma. Hes happy to let people’s hate fuel their emotions.
