BTW @simple just wanna say I appreciate how active you’ve been on the gaming communities here. I missed getting my news from r/Games but I’m getting plenty of info here.

Also, good call on moving on from Beehaw after defederating. I’m curious where the gaming community will finally settle.

Aww, thanks! I’m also coming in from /r/games and I used to be pretty active there under a different username. Hunting for news and posting it isn’t a new thing, but I’m glad the Fediverse has a growing community and it’s pretty nice here. I’ll keep posting stuff for the foreseeable future.

Just found out the hover boots can be found in the space rig, all the way at the top above the drop pod.

Should add some fun shenanigans to the space rig while waiting for matches.

If you want to try out the jet boots on a mission they can be found on the second level of this week’s Deep Dive.

how good is this game when playing alone ? I came across this game a few times but it seems the co-op aspect is important.

You can solo it. You get a robot that acts as a second team member to help you and revive you if you die (you can only be revived 3 times I think by the robot?)

It’s much better in a full team but you can absolutely play solo and that is how I have played most of my time in game and how I have farmed most of the season events.
