Ukraine is pressuring EU countries who accepted Ukrainian refugees to repatriate Ukrainian men of military age for conscription.
They’re scraping the barrel now and I don’t see how they can stave off military collapse even if the EU countries agree.

By ramping up production of military supplies? - Nope the west cannot provide the same support annually to ukraine, several US officials confirmed this, and say the support will dwindle in 2024.
On the other hand, Russia has organized their army, assimilated militias/paramilitary groups, upped military production significantly, and is waiting until the offensive dies down so it can bombard ukraine over the winter.
There looks to be russian offensive somewhere in 2024, so no, ukraine won’t win by 2025, by the looks of it, they’ll lose in 2024.
