How would you spice it up? I swap the black beans with garbanzo beans. And instead of chicken breast K l often do salmon/trout.

My body as well.

I’m type 1 and 2 at the same time thanks to a genetic disorder called McCune Albright syndrome.

I have been wanting to do this but I also think my body will just think I haven’t eaten because I haven’t chewed anything, you know what I mean?

Sadly my stimulation seeking has never given me that issue, even Adderall doesn’t really diminish my hunger. I think most of my “hunger” is just my stomach wanting a stim

Yep, I’m the same way. An IT person in my life got way into Soylent. I tried it for a while and ended up just eating double because if I don’t have solid food I don’t feel like I ate.

I tried Soylent and while they aren’t completely awful like others I’ve tried, they still have the problem of not making me feel full, so I’ll drink one and then still end up eating something. Usually junk.

We had same breakfast as every day (almonds and rice cakes) then lunch was a turkey sandwich with way too much Mayo, dinner was Chinese food.

Ngl actually pretty good today.

Then of course I ended the day by eating about 7 servings of MNMs so maybe not the best day
