No stolen truck is worth the danger of a high-speed pursuit, and in this case, a woman’s life.
Yeah just let them go after committing grand theft auto. I’m sure it was just a mistake and he will turn himself in out of guilt.
Drones and helos exist…they could just follow them with one of those and pick them up that way. It’s not a hard concept to see these high speed chases are super dangerous.
