If they talk to you about someone else badly, they can do the same about you with someone else.

The school system and society promote exercise rarely. Work out. Lift weights. Do cardio. Stretch. This is 60% for the mind and 40% for the body. You'll love it. I promise.

When online on shady websites, hide IP, don't use real name, don't use real details, don't ever click on links directly, even if you fully trust them. Internet never forgets and can get slippery fast.
