I used to respect the hell outta my boss. Chief engineer, man can fix and diagnose just about anything. Then he started talking about this guy and how great he is… Like how can someone be so smart yet so so dumb? How can you not apply the same critical thinking into politics as you do into your work? Where does the disconnect come in?

These foreign discourse accounts really are putting in work. Anyone that can rub two braincells together can see through this bag faith argument.

If it wasn’t for gerrymandering and voter suspension they would’ve been extinct a while back. We might’ve even had something other than a 2 party system and ranked choice voting. People would be surprised by what could be if we didn’t have a greedy minority in a big ass coat pretending we want to see them make all the money while they keep squeezing us for our pennies.

But hey, I should be thankful for my 30k a yr and paying for insurance that’ll tell you to forget about surgery just slap a bandaid on it

As long as the alternatives keep getting tastier and cheaper, I’m all in. I’m glad it worked out for you, but I didn’t have the same experience when I tried removing meat from my diet. I’ve been able to find substitutes and recipes to eat way less meat, but I still get that need if I haven’t had any for a while. I can’t wait for the day that the alternatives bump off meat completely for me, but for now I’ll consume as little as I can.

I’ve been incorporating mushrooms into a lot more meals where there would be larger portions of meat, so damn tasty.
