The ones we didn’t kill. The more violent killing species is the one that survived. Yay us.

It’s partially why Jackson didn’t want to try to repeat, it was a unique experience. Credit as well to New Line Cinema for taking the risks of LotR that no other studio wanted to touch. And Jackson did the best he could to save the dropped Hobbit project, I’d rather have the combo of excellent scenes and messes of a plot than nothing.

The opening episode and scenes were great. That’s all I have to say about it.

Adult. Have to go back to Herbie the Love Bug for my childhood versions. Or plenty of children books that animated things, my first being a vivid one about a lighthouse tugboat lost in a storm. With a companion 45 rpm record that read and sung the book.

I don’t know why inanimate objects treated like this makes me feel sad. It reminds me of the Mars rover comic where he’s left asking if he did a good job after the radio goes silent.

The Presidency is a dead end. If you want her to be in a seat with some pull, how about AOC for Speaker of the House.

He picks the outcome that’s the simplest to explain. But you could explain it as a sadistic goal, because look at what second Thanos wanted to do upon learning the universe didn’t appreciate him the first time. Kill it all.

Neither addresses the problem, they just both push it into the future. Half the population/double the resources isn’t even a reasonable amount to give much more time. It’s better for drama though, because disappearing 99% or more of the universe would have really set back the Avengers, if any of them made the cut at all.
