Call me old-fashioned, I don’t need OTA upgrades on my electrical scooter or bike. All this does is create a possibility that features that worked when I bought the product stop working later. Also makes me wonder if that is a potential backdoor to the keyless unlocking they boast about.

I think this is the first of these that I find unreasonable.

That reasoning would apply to tons of other logos too. Like “you cannot copyright a drawn apple with a piece bitten off”.
