That’s why I use whatever I want and remote into my work machine to do the things I can’t get away with on my personal one.

This is the best programming joke I have seen in at least a week.
If there was ever a movie ahead of it’s time it’s this one…
Although some of the other older films that I would say were ahead of their time as well are:
- Manchurian Candidate (the Original one)
- Night of the Hunter
- The Innocents (the Original one)
They aren’t sci-fi but are movies that really stick out to me (Manchurian Candidate is a tiny bit sci fi)
I had a great time watching it. It’s definitely worth checking out even if it’s not for you. There’s enough fun to justify it.
Where is it going to be available again?
So I’ve been thinking of spinning up a personal instance. I have the tech chops for most projects like this in a small scale but are there any reasons why I shouldn’t use Lemmy in that way?
There are still people who don’t user probe thermometers. This is the single best cooking tip I can give:
- Get a probe thermometer (preferably a fast reading one).
- Use it.
- Know your temps.
