If anime openings is to be talked about, I like a bunch:

  • fantastic dreamer by Machico (used in KonoSuba)
  • Tomorrow by Machico (KonoSuba S2)
  • Seishun Complex (Bocchi the Rock)
  • Inferno (Fire Force)
  • Kaikai Kitan (Jujutsu Kaisen)
  • Daddy! Daddy! Do! (Kaguya-sama: Love is War)
  • Mixed Nuts (Spy x Family)
  • Caste Room (Classroom of the Elite S1)
  • Renai Circulation (Bakemonogatari)
  • Idol (Oshi No Ko)
  • Isekai Showtime (Isekai Quartet)
  • Paradisus Paradoxum (Re:Zero)

I usually download the openings to the anime immediately after I watch them so that I can get my dose of anime nostalgia any time, so yeah

I believe Oshi No Ko’s community is on lemmy.ml, as well as Sword Art Online’s (I think SAO’s !swordartonline@lemmy.ml?)

As much as I am a fan of Spy x Family and Violet Evergarden, they are more for more mature audiences as they have quite the adult themes. Violet Evergarden is set in a war world and although the story is not set in the war itself, the flashbacks (especially THAT scene during the attack on the fortress) are nonetheless too violent.

Spy x Family might seem like a wholesome family anime but it has underlying political and war themes. Bond’s arc as well as Yor’s assassination techniques in Ep 2 is something that I would not really recommend to a nine year-old kid. There’s car explosions and use of dogs for warfare

Malicious compliance. Reddit basically said, “if you don’t open the sub, we’ll remove you from moderating”. r/pics said, “yeah, we’re opening it but you did not specify how”. They made a poll in their community whether to stay the same or to post sexy pics of John Oliver. Overwhelmingly, their community picked the latter and now we have that
