I agree with most of the sentiment in these comments. Allow users to adjust filters & setting individually. Block individual users if they’re reported. Save defederating for hate speech, brigading, trolling, etc.
Then why does my cat try to kill me by running under my feet every time I walk down the stairs? Are my treats and scritches not enough?!?!
Apparently they’ve progressed to the “find out” stage of the process.
