It’s using the custom emoji on the user’s instance, then just putting the :code: for the emoji in their display name. Like on my Mastodon account my display name is entered as hybrid havoc :1m: :rm:

:1m: and :rm: are custom emojis I have setup on the instance.

As far as I can tell, the suit is about those uploading music to twitter, which counts as sharing of content and shouldn’t be illegal.

• Xbox One (eventually renamed to…)
• Xbox One S
• Xbox One X

The consoles in the current gen are:

• Xbox Series S
• Xbox Series X

Neither the word “one” nor the word “series” overlapped between the two generations.
