Given how office/ai is being baked into the OS, its probably something to do with windows updates. Within updates there are advanced options and one of the tickboxes is for other Microsoft products. My guess would be that
Try fixing all the fucking subscription services and we won’t want to stream or clone a copy of media which you never owned because its virtually non existent
