Have also been a fan since '92! Fat Mike, and I know it wasn’t just him, but he kinda went off the rails there for a bit. For a while… it got me down…I guess it was a ploy to stay a little relevant, or to get out of a business deal.

How quickly the second half of my life has gone…i guess it has been filled with more variety and more going on. Could be the monotony of it all too that it all blends in. It’s bonkers how quick things pass. I mean, COVID started 4 years ago…where has that gone! I have a 15yo son! l still feel like I’m 21 …but with less-than-ideal moving body parts. My knees, no pain, just don’t move like they used to. I wish I could do half the things i see some 50 year olds doing in the movies…jumping over fences like I used to as a teen…and and and

I manage my business units data and support the team to use it and the applications associated with the data… best thing is the day is variety…no two days are usually the same. The worst thing is the people…I don’t know how they function sometimes. And the team’s managers are so hands off when training and coaching their team.

  • Face like a dropped pie/chewed mintie/hat full of arseholes (un-attractive)
  • Going off like prawns in the sun/frog in a sock (really good time or a raving loony)
  • mad as a cut snake (Karen)
  • I could eat the arse out of a dead rhino/dingo (really hungry)

Carlin: take your average person… half the world is dumber than that. (Or something to that effect)

do what’s right for you, it might hurt in the short term, but it will be worth it in the long term (this goes for most things…FOMO, parties, relations, job offers, school offers)

Don’t smoke. my father is dying…it’s not cool.

Eat right, exercise regularly. It takes time, your fitness won’t appear overnight (it takes months).

Brush your teeth and more importantly, floss/use picksters. Don’t eat sweet things 2 hours before bed.

Everyone’s different (so take what I say with a pinch of salt, the above might not be for you)
