Man you lost the genetic lottery, Cilantro is amazing if it doesn’t taste like soap. One of your ancestors screwed your culinary perspective, but this is why fresh Cilantro is in a side dish at my get togethers.

Oddly enough some have a genetic predisposition where to them cilantro tastes like soap. Others do not, and so it doesn’t taste like soap to them. You seem to be the former.
