Over a decade. They promote it constantly, too, so it’s weird that you only now noticed lol

They don’t advertise them in normal ads (at least, I haven’t seen any because I also block ads); they do so by having one of the rows on your homepage being movies. Like Recommended or Recently Uploaded. I see it pop up daily on my feed 😩

For ages. Sometimes they have pretty good movies for free.

Yup. For a while they had The Terminator on there for free, probably around 1 or 2 years before it went back to being paid.
