I’d try it
Looks far, far too mushy. I’d eat cornbread with spaghetti, but I don’t think there’s a way to bake a dish with both in them and have both turn out palatably, texture wise. Probably neither.
Properly cooked cornbread with a salty, meaty savory dish with some fat to it is great though. Just can’t be raw.
Do it up with some BBQ sauce instead of marinara and add smoked pulled pork or beef? Hells to the yeah!!
If I had a nickel for every time I was eating cornbread and thought, “I sure wish this cornbread were noodly…”
No thanks. I prefer meatghetti and spag balls
That’s the bowling ball-sized manifestation of my cheesy carbo dreams. It’s disheartening to find out it’s not real.
No weirder than cheese on apple pie as far as I’m concerned.
Parmesan sounds perfect. Just a pinch of salt and nuttiness to temper the sweet. Or maybe a smoked Gouda to deepen the dark notes. Or some American cheese if you hate food waste and yourself.
Its not good to look at, but it should taste fine
