They don’t feel guilt at murdering Palestinians, they’re just shellshocked from being fired at and seeing their (vicious) friends die.
Also they know they’ll be living the rest of their short lives looking over their shoulder constantly. That must have a cumulative effect
I think many of these people absolutely do feel a great deal of guilt; that does nothing to absolve them of their crimes, but it would be more unusual for none of them to feel sickened and repulsed by their own actions than not.
