My opinion is that the media is being sensationalists about his performance. While it wasn’t stellar, it wasn’t as bad as people like you are making it out to be.
He’s also known to not be very good at public speaking. It’s been known his entire career. Yet you all seem to conveniently forever this when it helps push your agenda. And while he’s not someone that would even be my 10th pick for the job, I’d vote for anyone other than Trump. With maybe the exception of someone like you.
Yet you, and the other propagandists seem to not even bother mentioning how Trump barely answered any of the questions at all.

You don’t understand that a lot of the country will never see the debate, only clipreels of whatever the fascist supporting media will put out to make more money (which is more drama).
I mean, yeah Biden hasn’t been great at campaigning this time. He’s been significantly better at the actual job, and we don’t only elect the person. We elect their cabinet effectively as well and Biden surrounds himself with much more competent staff than Trump who has several staffers up for felonies, nevermind himself.

Loads of felonies being led by a convicted felon who has said he would commit more crimes the second in office… vs one guy in the group being “old” despite only being a few years older than his opponent.

Umm no one here is being swayed by Biden being old to vote for Trump. I’m worried about those gullible people put there who will fall for it, who have been falling for this same thing since Reagan. There are so many out there that are too illiterate to sit through a debate and depend on short clips (foolishly) to get the vibe, and Biden tripped up and handed over a lot of fodder for dishonest people to use to generate disingenuous footage. We have been sold the idea that you need a strong personality (or at least a strong face) to operate on a state level and have been since… idk Roosevelt is the first personality I can think of where that was played up in school.
You don’t seem to understand that most of America doesn’t run on reasoning for decision-making, but fear, and the right is a master of wielding that very effectively.

Okay actually he’s the opposite of that, but he can’t beat Trump. Okay he could have beat Trump but now he’s too old and can’t beat him anymore, and now we need someone else. Now here are 10 different bad things that Biden did (of which it turns out, on examination, that he only did 2 of them and those 2 have asterisks). See, I’m helping the left!
None of it makes any acknowledgement that Trump will be actively destructive to the goals they say they care about, in a way that’s a hundred times worse than even the most outlandish of the false things they said about Biden. And, if the DNC did decide to replace Biden with Andrew Yang or Kamala Harris or Bernie Sanders, or fucking Che Guevara for that matter, they would instantly pivot to saying it is SUPER PROBLEMATIC that Bernie said this thing about trans people in 1988, and anyway he’s too old to appeal to most Americans, and he screwed up this other thing last week, and anyway bottom line I’m staying home, I could never vote for a fake leftist millionaire who lives up in some rich person’s community up in New England and I’m voting for Cornel West and you should too.
It’s all just a bunch of shit. I mean, in this case they actually have something genuine to load into the cannon (Biden really did do a pretty incredibly poor job at the debate and it’s a real problem). But that’s not why they are firing the cannon this week. They are firing it because it’s Sunday and every day that ends in a Y from now until November is a good day to fire off the cannon.
Then a vote for him becomes a vote for Harris. No one wants a cop in office.
