Ok but imagine a freedomland version where the center has a combo KFC / Taco Bell, and the outside is surrounded by a 100 yard wide parking lot, which is also encased in stroads on all sides.

Beautiful urban forest. I can’t speak to the biodiversity of it but what a great balance of greenery and housing density.
Looks like there’s still a lot of semi-manicured lawns under the trees, but it’s still a massive improvement over suburban sprawl.
