Looks like there’s still a lot of semi-manicured lawns under the trees, but it’s still a massive improvement over suburban sprawl.

Around the building itself, it’s all lawns indeed. But around the buildings in the background it’s a lot less “well-kept” with a lot more shrubs on ground level.
