I’ll breathe a sigh of relief once he’s in jail. Before then, he’s a criminal walking around with no justice. How many times is he going to get away with the law?
Plus it’s Georgia. What are the chances there isn’t one Fox-addict on the jury?
Oh how I’d love to see him in jail, but I just can’t see this happening to a former US president. I’d imagine house arrest at a maximum, unfortunately.
Roast his treasonous ass
the gas and the stench, though. omg, you trying to kill everyone and everything within 1000 miles?
Question - I saw someone leaked the charges. could this impact the trial at all? like, could he claim it was improper and therefore get the whole thing thrown out?
I am honestly asking because I am not good at understanding the law lol
He can, and will, claim all sorts of shit.
But no - the courts wouldn’t just “throw everything out” over that.
I’m not a lawyer so take this with a big grain of salt, but the charges get read at the beginning of the trial so it’s not much of a spoiler. It’s hard to imagine this would have an appreciable impact.
i love watching him try to hang onto the inside of the bowl, as he is slowly swirling down
