Try looking for stone ground corn meal if you want whole grain. Masa harina is another name for hominy flour you might try searching for. Why is he explaining anything. I think his team want him to lose our they are terrible at their job. Find someone in the administration, or more than one, who can talk and engage with current concerns and at least act like they’ve been listening to people outside the White House, and get them on tv and maybe we can get excited to vote for the administration if not the candidate. Pull in all of the big tent voices and dnc stand behind them as the many possible futures of the party you are voting for and could continue to haggle over in contrast to the one orange king party. Biden can stand on stage waving goodbye for 4 years, idc. The difference is, when Trump gets that bad, these other voices won’t be there anymore and he won’t be saying goodbye.

But, you may be right. Someone else said they were affirmative defenses, like when you are charged with driving without a license the police don’t have to prove there was no emergency, but if the defense proves the emergency you are acquitted. Unfortunately while this law is explicit about that example, it fails to say the texting exceptions are affirmative defenses, so I don’t know.
