Will never understand why they branded it just “Sonic the Hedgehog”

But it picks up Shadow’s story from Shadow 05, so I don’t think that’s true.

What no, does it really? Maria doesn’t exist anymore and Shadow works for GUN now which I thought was because it’s a new thing. Also if it does, the entire Soleanna storyline creates huge plotholes with regard to Shadow waking up thanks to Eggman… It also rewrites Blaze’s backstory completely just for the lulz.

I could be misremembering, although in regards to the GUN thing if you 100% Shadow 05 there is an unlockable level thing where Shadow recieves GUN training.

Because it was slapped together out of bullshit 06 utterly lacks anything like movement physics which I hate deeply because SA1 has such flowy movement and cool jumpin. 06’s hard speed cap, barely-there gravity, zero momentum and fixed jump velocity are soooo gooooofy
